  3. Registration is only confirmed after receiving the required admission fee.

👉 Example: If a student gives incorrect academic details for placement purposes, the enrollment may be cancelled without a refund.


3. Course Fees and Payment

  • All course fees must be paid as per the fee structure provided at admission.

  • Fees can be paid through cash, bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.

  • Any additional taxes, bank charges, or processing fees will be borne by the student.

  • Once paid, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under special circumstances explicitly agreed by management.

  • Payment in installments must be cleared as per schedule. Delay in payment may lead to suspension of access to classes or services.

👉 Note: We do not provide a blanket “money-back guarantee.” Refund requests are handled case by case, if approved by management.


4. Course Access and Duration

  • Students receive access to study material, recorded lectures, and live sessions only for the duration of their course.

  • Once the course ends, access to recorded sessions may be restricted.

  • Students must complete the course within the scheduled time frame. Extensions may require additional fees.

  • Attendance requirements may apply for certification eligibility.


5. Study Materials and Intellectual Property

All course content, including:

  • Videos, recorded sessions

  • Notes, eBooks, assignments

  • Presentations, slides, exercises

  • Software tools provided during training

6. Certification

  • Certificates are issued only after successful completion of the course.

  • Requirements may include attendance, project submission, and internal evaluation.

  • Certificates are provided in digital format unless otherwise specified.

  • Replacement or duplicate certificates may require additional charges.


7. Placement Assistance

We provide placement assistance to eligible students. This includes:

  • Resume preparation guidance.

  • Mock interviews and career counseling.

  • Job referrals to partner companies.

  • Placement is not guaranteed. Final hiring decisions are made by recruiters.

  • We are not responsible if a student does not clear an interview or is rejected.

  • Students must maintain professionalism when interacting with recruiters.


8. Student Code of Conduct

To create a respectful learning environment, students must:

  • Attend classes on time and regularly.

  • Avoid disturbing instructors or fellow students.

  • Not use abusive or offensive language.

  • Not misuse WhatsApp groups, portals, or online platforms.

  • Respect staff, trainers, and classmates.

Violation of conduct rules may lead to suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.


9. Use of Communication Channels

  • By enrolling, you agree to receive updates through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and emails.

  • Communication may include class reminders, assignments, placement updates, and promotional offers.

  • You may opt out of marketing messages, but essential course and placement updates will continue.


10. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality training, we are not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from use of our services.

  • Any technical issues, server downtime, or internet failure during online classes.

  • Any loss of data due to third-party platforms.

  • Placement outcomes or salary packages offered by recruiters.

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the course fees paid.


11. Website and Online Usage

When using our website, you agree:

  • Not to upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.

  • Resume and skill details may be shared with recruiters only after your consent.


14. Refund Policy

  • Fees are non-refundable once paid, except in rare cases approved by management.

  • If a course is cancelled by the institute, students may receive a refund or credit transfer to another batch.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days.


15. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate student access if:

  • Fees are not paid on time.

  • A student violates code of conduct.

  • Misuse of study material is detected.

  • Fraudulent or false information is provided at registration.

In such cases, no refund will be provided.


16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Proxitech IT Solutions, its staff, trainers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.


17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
